EditSmart is a video editing service designed to save videographers time from having to edit themselves. We also serve businesses and anyone who has footage that needs to be edited. A person looking to use our service will:  Create a free account and start a new project, Upload footage directly to EditSmart, Checkout and we’ll begin editing! Turnaround time is 5 business days or less. Clients can choose to pay 50% more of the base price upfront to expedite their order and get back a first draft of their video within 3 days. (For example, the total cost to expedite the $100 editing level would be $150.) We give free revisions in case clients would like anything changed and even provide a Premiere Pro project file (along with any other assets used that the client doesn’t already have, such as music files) if clients wish to make changes themselves. Music is included for free if the client needs it, or there is the option for them to upload their own music files. We do not use any copyrighted music so if clients upload copyrighted songs, we will ask them to provide proof of rights to the music. If they can provide proof of these rights, we are happy to insert these songs to their video. We offer a money back guarantee if clients are not happy with the work they receive, even after revisions, but this would only affect commissions if the client requests a refund within 30 days of ordering which rarely happens. Program Highlights: $172 is the average order size. We give 8% commissions on all sales from our three levels of editing - $100, $250, and $500. Prices are based on how long the client would like their final video to be, not on how much footage they send us. They can upload as much footage and as many files as they like. Commissions arelifetime.
