You are going to be able to do this by editing your "About" section. There are two aspects of this profile that you can update, Where have you worked and your Websites section.

You will need to log into your Twitter account and click the Me link within the header. This will take you to your personal homepage and if you mouseover the main area, you will be able to edit your profile.
