Good suggestions indeed, however outsourcing for me I feel is a problem due to the fact that I write my posts many times from the viewpoint of personal experience and I feel by outsourcing articles my personality, identity and experience will be lost. It will then feel to me that my website is no longer really my own - as it lost some of it's identity.
