Training Update! What I am Doing and what YOU can be.

Hey everyone,

I am currently going through all of my resources and making them current, making them fresh, making them NEW.

NEW for 2012.

So some cool updates to look forward to, although it is going to be very subtle.  
Lot’s has changed in the last 6 months, let alone the last couple of years and a many of my training resources have become out of date.   In fact, the last year has seen probably the most change online since 2002, when Carson and I have started out.
And the year ahead, in particular here at WA is going to see the most massive shift ever (in a good way).  :)

Today, I suggest you to take a moment as well and update your training

Here is how you go through your training:

Go to the Training Search.

Type in your name (Author), Show ALL Categories, and click Search Now.


Spend a few minutes going through your existing resources and training you have created to make sure they are current.  This will only improve your brand and your rank within the WA community, which is going to carry more and more weight going forward.

The Ongoing WA Opportunity...

Our efforts are going to be to continue offering the best training and education platform for every aspect of online business, and you are going to see this represented in future updates.

Lot’s of awesome new training coming and a TON of opportunity for those people that are “builders” and “communicators” within the Wealthy Affiliate community.  I have no doubt that there are going to be people benefiting in the form of ENTIRE LIVELIHOODS from the Wealthy Affiliate community next year at this time.

Obviously, we have developments taking place behind the scenes that are going to be rolled out over the next 6 months, starting over the coming weeks with training updates, followed in about a month or so by much more significant updates.  These changes are going to be big, evolutionary, and are going to benefit all members! :)

And going forward, there is going to be a lot of emphasis and power within the WA community rewarded to those that are:
(1) Contributors (2) Builders (create training)
(3) Enagagers
(4) Communicators (5) Ambassadors

This was clearly indicated when we rolled out our Las Vegas 2012 Incentive program which no longer has anything to do with sales, rather it is based on your activity and the value you add within the WA Community.  

What can you do know to help improve your ranks within the WA System?

First and foremost, you should stay as active as possible within the community.  This is not only key to your success, but you are going to meet and network with a lot of awesome people and will brush shoulders with many people that are successful in their own respect.

To do this, you can keep active within WA Chat dialogue, within your WA Space and Blog and within the WA forum.  These are all great mediums to communicate and get the message out.

Secondly, if you have any  knowledge that you think would be valuable to the community, SHARE IT.  If it is a little tip, share it in the forum or within your WA Blog, if it is something that you could turn into a tutorial or video, add it to the training center by creating a resource.
There is going to be huge upside potential going forward those who become “builders” within WA, so now is a good time to get a jump start.  Whether you have knowledge in local marketing, or whether you know “writing”....maybe you know Wordpress like the back of your hand, everyone knows something.

You are going to see myself and Carson adding new content regularly, and this is going to become more and more the norm as we make our shift in the coming weeks and months. :)

Anyways, just thought I would give you an update in terms of the training.  Tons of stuff for the folks here at WA to look forward to.

Well the Las Vegas Incentive program is open to anyone this year...anyone can make it! I can tell you that our personal activity is only going to continue to grow within WA.
