Thank you for encouraging us to keep in tiptop shape to be better entrepreneurs. I think we can all relate to this topic at some point. I'm guilty of brainstorming during the night to find solutions. And, although I don't necessarily stress about the problems, I do lose sleep which affects me the next day.

I'll go straight to answering the question you asked at the end. When I'm faced with challenges, my main focus is to find solutions. My go-to brainstorming method is to journal. I outline the challenge and possible outcomes in steps.

It is surprising how common this is, I have taken sleep more seriously in past years as I used to burn the midnight oil, and then wake up early. Now I try to get a solid 7 in every night, as part of my daily agenda and I actually organize my day around this.
