My 4th in the Newbie series is now available in the Training Center under Miscellaneous... or here if you like... Not  a new idea or method but one everyone should have in their arsenal... especially those of us on a tight budget.

The flow sheet is the most helpful for me (my son helped me make it) and I orginally made it to keep things straight in my head... I use it for the background on my working computer.

 There is also a link on page 10 to get a down-loadable version in PDF format.
