First, let's find your profile. You can do this in a few ways:

1. Edit Icon: Visit the Activity Dashboard, and you will find your profile there. You can also find the button above the Live Chat to set-up your account.
   
   
2. Image Icon: Click the default profile image and select "View Profile."
   

These steps are the same whether you're using a Starter, Premium, or Premium Plus account. You can also access other people's profiles by clicking on their images within your communications.
