The Core Fundamentals to Research

Last Update: February 27, 2012

I have just cleaned up a shop on a older training resource, which is now 100% currently. You can find it here...

The Core Fundamentals to Research

Within this tutorial I outline some of the main concepts associated with research, and frankly, the aspects that far too many marketers overcomplicate.

  • what research is for
  • finding your niche (it's easy)
  • understanding who your audience is
  • finding keywords to promote
  • where to look for products to promote
Enjoy the training and as always, would love to hear your feedback and questions if you have any!

Cheers,

Kyle

Kyle, nice updates, but could the created date shown in the share_zone be updated too? (it shows the original creation date of Jul 06 , 2009 which might may be perceived as 'out of date' by some). Perhaps add a "Last Updated" date to the resource so everyone knows how current the info is?

e.g

Yeah, this will definitely be an update within the training very soon. I agree, it should show the "last update" along with the original creation date. ;)

Nice update Kyle, I'm a bit surprised that you didn't add Jaaxy to the keyword tools but I guess you were shooting for the free tool. Thanks for the refresher.

Didn't want to be overtly promotional. Wanted people to take advantage of what is offered here to accomplish all aspects of their research. Glad you liked the update...many more coming across the board!

Cool cool. That's one of the biggest 'complaints' I've seen from people new to WA, that some of the training modules don't match up with tools, talk about old info, etc. Nice to see WA keeping up with the changes in the IM world to remain THE place to get the latest training.

Yeah, it is only going to get better. The training is the focal point of many of our upcoming developments!
