Today I wanted to give you a little bit of insight into how the '"Free for 10" WA Test Drive launch is going to work so that you can start orchestrating your marketing campaigns in parallel with this. 

When Are We Going Free?

I don’t want to make an absolute firm promise just yet, but it is looking like the launch of the WA for Free 10 Day Test Drive is going commence on May 1st, 2012.  This is our scheduled date and we are working our butts off to make sure that everything is ready to go, but as of today this is the tentative date unless you hear otherwise from me.

So May 1st, BE READY!

Where Do You Send People? Affiliate Links?

Your affiliate links are the same.  They will remain unchanged.  All affiliate links will come to our new sales page, which in effect is something very unconventional.

 It is similar to the LOGIN page that we have now @ WealthyAffiliate.com (You have to log out to see this), but it will have the sign-up process, some information about Wealthy Affiliate (The Open Education Project), and our contact details.  Simple and concise.  People visiting this page will also see activity going on in the background which is also very alluring, it will give people the “I want inside” feeling.

Since WA is free to try, we want to keep the emphasis on our people actually using and benefiting from our service rather than trying to sell people outside of WA.  Now people can try, use, build, create, get help, learn, and succeed right within the Wealthy Affiliate interface simply by signing up.

The sign-up will be a forced Facebook sign-up, meaning people will be required to sign-up via Facebook if they want to join.  We don’t store any Facebook data or don’t connect WA to Facebook, this is simply to speed up the sign-up process and helps us verify they are real users.

Upon going through the quick signing-up process, people will have 10 days FULL access to Wealthy Affiliate.  Here they will be able to use our entire service, including all of the tools, web hosting, website creator, support, blog, training...EVERYTHING.   Once they are immersed, many people are going to realize the value that we are offering within Wealthy Affiliate and decide to join after their 10 days is up.

Here’s where it gets AWESOME! (INVITE ONLY)

Our official launch of Free for 10 is only going to last for the 1st week (until approx. May 8th), after this WA is going to become completely “invite only”.  This means that people are not going to be able to sign-up unless they come through an invite (which is an affiliate link).   If people don’t come through an affiliate link, they will have to Request an Invite from our sign-up page.

You basically hold the key to WA by being an affiliate.  If people come to WealthyAffiliate.com without an invitation, again, they will be required to Request an Invite and will look go off seeking out an invitation for WA, making some affiliate out there happy (as they will get that referral).

As an affiliate, you have unlimited Invites.  This is going to be a very powerful proposition for people that are interested as they will not be able to join unless they get an invite which you happy to have.

So, WEEK 1 will be wide open (no invite required)...after that it will be invite only (which means that people will have to sign-up through an affiliate).   Both are going to pose as very powerful sales angles for you!

Set yourself some goals today as to what you want to achieve in the month of May in terms of FREE referrals.  I think that you ANYONE here can definitely accomplish 100+ referrals in the first month alone.  Many of these will turn into paid referrals, leading you to the potential for substantial long term income. If you have any questions or feedback, please do let me know.
