I am going to try and make a habit of recording my progress so that I can
see for myself how my life has changed over the next several months.

I had an appiffany today with a new mado I am addopting.
Study Practice, Grow...Study, Practice, Grow...Share and teach what has been leaned. (Repeat, Repeat, Repeat)
