Yup, i Did. Well here at WA they have a Website creating tool called Site Rubix - Website creation. Well its not an exactly WYSIWYG editor, but you need to get to use to it. If you want to create a website, the easiest way is to create a blog and then turn it to a website.

Well have been pretty busy learning and promoting my online bussiness. Had a cool Christmas and New Year celebrations.
