thanks for the encouragement. This is all very new to me and it is so confusing. I am determined however to make it work. Maybe you could give me some advice on a lens I created http://www.squidoo.com/Sandbag-Training. This was my first go around and I am trying to get feedback to see what I need to do different. I very much appreciate any help
