Huge Difference between 2% and 3.1% keyword density
Last Update: June 20, 2010
Actually, the title should have "/or is it the mere fact that I made big changes?"
Yesterday I published rewritten articles for my first site. The first version articles had keyword density under 2. The new version has keyword density between 3.1 and 3.4% Before I made the changes, I went to
https://adwords.google.com/select/AdTargetingPreviewTool and asked it how my site was doing. Last night, after I published the changed version, I pinged my site. This morning, I went to the AdTargetingPreviewTool and asked it the same. Here are the results (the numbers are my rank for the keyword); I had to use Ad Targeting because on my computer, having worked so much on the site, every time I type one of the keywords, I'm #1:
14-Jun | 16-Jun | ||
keyword 1 | 46 | 2 | |
keyword 2 | 162 | 4 | |
keyword 3 |
110 | 3 | |
keyword 4 |

keyword 5 |
296 | 289 | |
keyword6 | 5 | 1 | |

keyword9 | 235 | 87 | |
keyword10 | 460 | 115 | |
keyword11 | 489 | 93 |

aloha you ~~~ Here you are, sharing so well as always! ---I tried going to the AdTargetingPreviewTool to see what the numbers mean---rank in Google perhaps???Turns out you have to be an ad publisher to get access and I am not (yet.) Sooooo, I ask you the question-----what has happened here~~~ A dramatic change in numbers, so quickly---what does it mean??? I think the take-home point here is that the specific keyword density increase you made, was very helpful. Right???So fast??? Will you repeat the ping in a week or two and let us know?
