The Smith family is celebrating today.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother Jesse Smith. Such a great bday blessing to see my niece Morgan Smith conquer the 2wheel bike today. See ya training wheels, its been real.

Morgan wanted to ride her bike in style. So she practiced her due diligence. Every day after school she would come home and ride for 20minutes. We promote exercise to the kids, so having her heart rate up for 20 minutes is great. All that practice built her confidence. Moran set a goal to be able to ride a bike without training wheels by the end of summer 2012. So here we are at August 13th and Morgan feels like a champion. With each day of taking action success is put into motion. Success in business is built upon each step along the journey.

Hi, I think I fell off the bike and I don't know why? I put my new 3 websites in Webmaster after seeing one of your trainings and none have sitemaps and each has some traffic on the www and some on the other??? how do I get the google XML site plug in to work. It is activated?

You will have to set-up your site within Google Webmaster Tools, they will then give you the code that you will then add to WP.

Just like starting a business/creating success online. Like a bike, you have to learn the fundamentals and do it regularly so it just becomes second nature to succeed.
