Hi Domino, it looks like you came into WA already well established in IM, it is taking me a little longer as I have never did IM before, I am also suggesting to my nephew to pursue a career in IM after graduating high school instead of going to a traditional college where they just teach you to get a JOB!!, and not your own business, my sister insists that he goes to college, I will let him make his own decision of coarse, but you have to admit, the traditional education system in this country is losing ground to other, and more effective environments for better careers, such as here in WA for example, as you can tell, I was visiting with my sister this weekend, I was just giving here other examples for my nephew to choose from in his career decisions, not pushing him.

Thanks for that informative message, Lloyd. You seem like a nice guy with good writing ability. You must be an avid reader because you write well with good vocabulary and spelling. You also sound like a hard worker. I give you credit for managing all you're doing. Your job sounds like it would take alot of energy. You look Minnesotan. You have that Nordic look. Are you of Swedish descent?

Thanks for your support, Lloyd. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way about the forums. Yes, I agree. I'd rather save my energy for doing the work that needs to be done to succeed in this field....the writing and thinking and research and problem-solving and such. And I much prefer to be selective about who I get help and advice from. On the forums you're putting yourself out there for any Tom, Dick and Harry to come along and add their comments.
