Having trouble with SEO and need some help

I was on Bing webmaster tools today checking out how my website was doing and they must have added a new feature. It's called SEO analyzer and it will scan your site for things that you need to work on to get better SEO rankings.
Well it has suggested 4 things that i should fix, the thing is I'm not sure how to fix them and i need some help with this. I have included a screen shot of the errors below if you guys could take a look at them and let me know how to fix them i would really appreciate it.
Let me add that i have tried removing a description and it just gave me another error. Thanks in advance!!

Howdie,
From the screen shot seems Bing says there are multiple H1 tags .. Just try using H2 & H3 in the post area. The multiple descriptions could be as simple as a plugin used and a description added on your page template as well.
I wouldn't worry too much about the errors y - Your site looks awesome :)
