- I am 29 years old and a full time single mother to three children: two boys, who are 7 and 3 years old and a new baby girl who was born July 22.
- I am a graduate of Norfolk State University where I earned my BS in Mass Communications. I am currently a graduate student at Jones International University where I am pursuing a master%u2019s in business communication (MABC).
- I separated from the Army in 2005 as Captain after serving my active duty obligation of 4 years
- I currently reside in Virginia.

I am attending WAU because I am frustrated with not finding a career and because I need to do better for my children.
