I have been in IM for a few years now and still have yet to make "good" money.  I believe I have all the basic skills and knowledge needed .   Before, the problem was having to rely on IM for money since I was unemployed for a while.  Then, I would do anything and everything to make things work.  I was taking action, but apparently not the "right" action.  As most of us, I got involved in many programs and bought some training material (luckily I didn't spend thousands).  However, no one really told you what to do and how to do it.

WA has really helped getting me to realize what to do and some of the how to do.  Now, I have a great job and have money.  There is no more pressure in relying on IM as my source of income.  However, since the pressure has been lifted I am a bit lazier now. 

My goal is to do well in my present projects and then use that knowledge to maybe one day start my own site.  What I am looking for is I guess a team to outsource my tasks to and then work on my business without wasting so much time on the other tasks (writing articles, SEO, etc.)

Any advice?
