Hi everybody visiting my space. I am fairly new here at WA and just started going through the Action plan. I am here only a week and I already absolutely love it. I can hardly wait to get through the training course and get my bearings. Are there any other Germans here, having experience with the German speaking market? Please let me know. About myself: I did almost everything in the book, I have been a carpenter, an eletronics technician, dish washer, janitor, gardener, a barman in a disco during the 80s, a missionary, preacher, relief worker, counsellor, translator, proofreader, interpreter, webdesigner/-administrator, mime, photographer, small time actor, inspirational speaker, newspaper boy, sales man, clown, life-coach, fund raiser for charity projects, child care expert, photoshop-post-production-geek, graphic designer, soul doctor, PC doctor, Mac user, small time composer and multimedia producer. After going through a year of rather rough personal and financial times I ran into WA while searching for answers. I am very excited about the limitless possibilities here and can hardly wait to become an experienced full time Internet Marketer. Thumbs up for all of you here making this community for newbies like myself a place to feel at home.

Thank you so much, Stef, for the inspiring comment on my blog. Oh, and for the gold too! What a career you have had. And I love your list of the different "hats" you wear. As for the German-speaking end of things, no marketing experience to share--but I will tell you that my 19-year-old daughter's chief goal in life ever since she did the Goethe Institut's summer immersion camps in high school, is to be fluent in German and to live in Berlin someday. She loves all things German...especially the way Germans tend to be direct and "tell it like it is." :-) Sorry to hear you're going through some of the same things I described on the personal front. My heart is with you, my friend. ~ Maureen

Hi Maureen, thank you for your kind and encouraging message. Well, Especially the difficult things in life make us stronger, if we let them make us better and not bitter. That's one thing I'll have to face often lately and I have to keep making the right decisions in my heart, probably similar to you. How is your marketing going? Do you have any success yet? I started now my first campaign under a specific keyword, getting towards the top of the search engines since a few days, but barely any visitors are coming to my site and no sales yet. Although my keyword research says there are 1600 searches a month and very low competition, nothing is happening, yet. I'll write some more articles I guess and see from there. What works best for you, do you have any good tips for a newbie like me? Thank you for your friendship, that is so very sweet of you. I wish you all the best, Stef B.
