There are several ways around this problem. If you want www.domainname.com and it's not available, try www.domain-name.com. If that doesn't work, try extending the domain name (add7reps, for example) to add7repsaday.com. Let me know if this helps. I don't understand why WordPress would be telling you a domain is taken. WordPress is a platform, not a domain registrar. Is it possible you're confusing the stand-alone WordPress (that is set up on your own hosted space) with the WordPress hosting (where you have a subdomain on WordPress's space)?
