My name is Susan and I joined WA Jan 15, 2009. My goal here is to learn, become successful within internet marketing then share the knowledge with others so they too can become successful! Plain and simple, that's how I like things.

A little about me: I was employed on the administrative side of the health care industry since 1978, worked my way up to the management level and remained in this arena for roughly ten years. It was a fast paced decade filled with hectic days where most of my personal satisfaction came from staff development and watching others shine! I was also raising four children at the time so there was much sacrifice, mostly at their expense. The first ahha moment came when my daughter said....what are you doing home so early? This was at 7pm after working 11 hours! In retrospect things could have been done differently, but I do not carry any regrets since each life experience brings you to the next, which is ultimately why I am here today.

Almost three years ago I made the choice to leave the management arena finally accepting that it just wasn't for me. Throughout this time I have worked within patient care as a sleep lab technician which afforded me the opportunity to meet a countless number of people, hear their stories and learn from their experiences. In addition there was a little down time (after all the majority of my time was spent watching others sleep) so with the assistance of a wonderful man in my life began to explore internet marketing and became increasingly interested in transitioning over to this field full time. Next came the how...

Funny enough the decision was made to join WA a little less than a week ago and I was laid off from my job Jan 14th, 2009. I remain eternally grateful to all the beautiful people who touched my life during this time and look at this lay off as a true gift to follow my dream to be an entrepreneur. As my income grows with internet marketing I will return to some aspect of patient care, perhaps at a volunteer level, since this will always remain a very special area of my life.

Through all the resources available through Wealthy Affiliate, the possibility now exists to work as much or as little as I choose. I can lead a simple lifestyle or aim for the mansion on the beach....the best part is...it's all up to ME!
