Make Those Affiliate Managers Work
Last Update: June 24, 2012
When you join an affiliate program, who knows best what is going on with that program? Who knows what the top affiliates are doing? Who knows what materials are available for affiliates?
I guess you read the title of this blog entry so you know that the person who knows is the affiliate manager.
Now who gets paid for promoting an affiliate program? Who gets paid to train affiliates? Who wants to help you succeed as an affiliate?
I'll bet you get this one too. It is of course, the affiliate manager.
When you choose an affiliate program check to see if there is an affiliate site where you can follow your sales and clicks and such, and where you can find banners, email pitches, and article information. There may be a list of keywords too. And you might get some helpful hints as how to promote your site in ways you didn't think of.
So email that affiliate manager. I give my telephone number and I get calls. It's great to have special help.

P.S. Keep this a secret! Just kidding!
