Writing is like putting fish into a bucket of water. You fish in a pool of knowledge and every time you catch a fish, you throw it into the bucket. The first fish you throw in splashes a little water out of the bucket and that water may be a bit fishy and contain some iota of information.

Now you throw in another fish and then another. Now the water is more fishy and contains some information. Sooner or later, you have the bucket full of fish and every time you thrown in a fish, a fish or two comes out. They represent the information you were looking for and now have shared outside the bucket which is your desired niche.

The main difficulty in article marketing is that the bucket is empty. How can you spread the word if the word does not exist in your head?

Some of us are big keyword hunters. We think that if we have a popular keyword with little competition, we have a winner. That is not necessarily true. The keyword is not all you need to write the information needed to write the article. No, you need to plug that keyword into your search bar and read and read and read. You might find a book you can buy or borrow that will give you more specific and relevant information. Is there a magazine for your niche?

When you read the lessons here at Wealthy Affiliate doesn’t it tell you that you need to become not only a friend to your readers but a person who had good information to share with them. That is why you need to fill your noggin with good information.

Now how much time must you put in to become an expert. It use to be said that if you studied a subject for ten minutes a day that in ten years you would become a world authority. Now I don’t see that, but a short amount of time in study can improve your ability to write.

If you blow enough air into a balloon enough pressure will build up to pop it. Now let’s say that the air is the knowledge you have gained. When it pops out, it becomes available to the world as you put it into your own words. The article almost writes itself.

There are only a few things that you must watch out for when writing. If you are not sure of there, their, they’re and such, then have your wife or daughter check your writing. You can talk to your local librarian. I suggest you buy the smallest grammar book you can buy and learn from that.

Don’t let trivial things hold you up. Just tell your story like you are talking to me over the back fence.

The thing to remember is Nothing In, Nothing Out.
