I don't typically do things the conventional way.

I joined WA for the first time in October of '09, after being laid-off from my job. I studied hard for a few months, reading everything I could in the training center and learning much from the forums. When I became ready to take action, I took an unusual route.

I researched and chose a niche -- one for which I knew a great deal about. I was so stoked. I perceived it to be a "hungry crowd" which would be willing to spend money to gain health and happiness. But, when looking for a product to sale at clickbank, I could not find anything of value that I would be able to promote with a clean conscience. So, I decided to create my own product.

For the last 8 months, I have been researching and writing an ebook to sale to this niche. It is about 80% complete and there is no way this is not going to happen. My website is already created (except a few pages such as about, legals, affiliates, etc.) AND, I have too much money already invested in this project. Besides, my unemployment checks and savings are running out and there is no sign that the economy will turn around soon and provide me with a job opportunity in my area.

Furthermore, I am very proud of my product and I think it can be a big thing. A product -- for a relatively untapped niche -- that soars above it's competition. A superior product with superior packaging and a superior sales pitch. I'm thinking that this may provide me with some nice extra income for the foreseeable future. As well as my affiliates!
