Hey Bridget, don't beat yourself up! I can assure you Internet Marketing doesn't happen overnight. It sounds like maybe you've had a little experience already with I.M but you've only been at WA for less than a week. Most WAer's don't make their first sale until they jump in the 30 day course and even then it isn't until the later part of the month. I myself took over 3 months to make my first sale, but since then have not looked back.

Walk me through your idea of how Internet Marketing works and how you've applied that to your site. I can then get a better idea of where you are learning wise and what needs to be done application wise.

What I mean by "how I.M works", show me the steps from creating your site to making your first sale. A extremely watered down version would be:
Find Niche -> Research Niche -> Find Product -> Create Site -> Get Site Traffic -> Split Test and Optimize Site -> Make 1st Sale

If you don't understand any one of those steps then please don't hesitate to ask...if you are good from that point then elaborate on those points and tell me how you researched your niche or what you are doing to get traffic.

Lastly, know that we are just here to help! I am not trying to scare you here or make you feel bad if you don't know something. I am just DIVING right into the issue and trying to help you resolve it!
