Please let me introduce myself to all of you:
My name is Farid, I am 49 years old, I live in Paris with my beloved family: my wife and our three children, one daughter who is 17 and two sons who are 14 and 9 years old.
I am totally new to the Affiliate business: I heard this word for the first time 1 week ago ;-) While searching for something different I found good reviews of former WA students, double-checked ok, so finally I decided to go for the "6 Birthday Special" and I signed for 1 year ;-)
Here is what motivates me:
- New skills: learn/use WordPress, keyword research, SEO, article writing
- Money: if there are some bucks to grab, fine ;-)
- Family: if it works for me, I will then try my best to help my brother and sister (not happy with their jobs) to start their own experience - I won't tell them now, only when I know what it takes for what results.
Probably my first issue as WAU student will be time management: I'm already working quite a lot, travelling also, so when I have free time I spend it with my family => I guess I will have to sleep less and work during evenings/weekends if I want to graduate here ;-)
Anyway I have a good motivation and I hope that I'll have your kind support when problems will appear: when I feel lost, when I'm stuck, running in circles or into the wall, when nothing happens when I click, when I know all the theory but nothing works practically - Hopefully it will not be only problems, but also good moments that we can share :-)

Welcome to WA. There's lots of info on this site so don't let it blow your mind. Follow the 30 training offered here and also go to WAbinars and go to Affiliate Walk Through parts 1 & 2. There it will put it all together for you. I also suggest going to potpiegirls blog. She good. MUCH SUCCESS

Hi Farid, Welcome to this group. You're going to learn a lot. Don't be stymied by all the material because it is quite overwhelming at first. Just absorb the basics, and the rest will make sense eventually. Feel free to ask questions. Best to you.
