Ya, Franz and Hilga here!   Ve are new here to ze WA family!   Ve joined 11/28/2011 on ze $1 special.  Ya, vhat a great deal zis is.  Ya, one whole month to test drive ze Ferarri!  Zis is good stuff!

You may have to be a little bit older to remember the Saturday Night Live skits with Dana Carvey and Kevin Nealon. Remember: "Ya, I am Hanz, and I am Franz, and we are here to pump you up!" Great skits back in the 90's! When I became a flabby 30 something I got interested in how diet and exercise effect the body, in both good and bad ways. So, I started studying nutrition, exercise techniques, and associated myself with the people who I wanted to look and feel like. Ya, the result, a smaller and healthier me, and ya, I got a little pumped up too!

I now live each day watching, or hearing, of people dying around me because they don't take care of themselves.  They make poor food choices and don't exercise at all.  They say I can't do what you do, I can't eat what you eat, etc.  The truth is they may be just lazy!  I don't know!  Sure it takes time to make a healthy breakfast, bring along a snack to keep your blood sugar stable, eat a nutritious meal out, or bring a healthy meal with you.  Yes it takes work, but what price can you put on vibrant health, being disease free, and enjoying life to its fullest?  You can't!

So, Franz is here to spread the word as best he can.  It's time to share worldwide what I have learned and put into practice, and what I have personally taught others, so perhaps a few others can be spared a life of obesity, disease, being tired, tired of being sick and tired, or God forbid cancer.  If you like you can check out my Street Articles: just search HanznFranz and you'll find me!

My other passion is RVing.  My first website on the WA server is www.yourfulltimervliving.com.  That is what I am using WA to learn how to market.  We'll see what develops after I get through the 30 day success club.  I'll keep you posted on my progress through this blog area.
