Great WAbinar Jay. Building a list is instrumental in building a long term business and being sustainable in downtimes. For example, Google Adwords account suspensions wiped complete businesses out. The ones without a list. Google Panda updates wiped out business. Those companies without a list. If you have a group of people that respect you and you have built a rapore with, you can contact them and generate revenue from for potentially a lifetime! :)
