My IM experience: I'm distracted by all the information on the internet. Bought some good stuff but I've seen also a lot of crap and scams like "fire your boss in a click". Yeah right. Joined WA to learn it the right way. Hope we can learn from each other and help each other to get the best out of IM! Been here now for a month and boy: what a great place to be! So much information and training. And when you need something to know, just ask and some of your buddies will respond and help you. Great!
