WTF WA? You Are Killing Me!
Hey what up everyone? Listen, I need your help here. I cannot log into the WA forum and I am getting absolutely no help from WA Support. Even though I have repeatedly emailed them about this. But before we go any further here I would like to make a quick note for people new to WA.
This is the first time I have ever had a problem at WA in 9 months. So no I am not trying to slam on WA or anything and I really loathe to talk shit here about them but enough is enough already.
Okay, so I havent been able to log into the WA Forum in over a week. This is really pissing me off as I tell all of my referrals to pm me when they join so that I can show them the ropes of WA. The following is an email exchange that I have had going on with WA Support. Please check it out. It speaks volumes...

Hi, To run Wealthy Affiliate more efficiently please install Firefox. Sometimes Internet Explorer security settings do more harm than good. Also, please make sure you do not have any security software such as Norton internet security installed on your machine.
Use the following link to download Firefox for free:http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Also, make sure you delete your cookies and clear your cache (CTRL + F5) and then try logging back in.
Please let me know if you have any further issues and I will be happy to help!
"Oops.. We Could Not Keep You Logged Into The Forum
There are many different reasons why you may get logged out of the forum from time to time. Below is a list of ways to log back in if you see this page.
- Close this Window and re-open by clicking the "Forum" button from within the members area
- Clear your browser cookies, cache or temporary Internet files.
- Download the FireFox Browser at www.firefox.com
Internet Explorer security settings, Anti-Virus / Spyware software, and Internet Security Software are the most common causes of not being able to remain logged into the forum here at Wealthy Affiliate. Please try the above mentioned solutions before contacting us for support.
Please Contact us if you are still unable to log into the forum after trying the above solutions:
All of the support and coaching that Kyle and Carson give to members is within the forum inside your Wealthy Affiliate account. This is also where you will find all of the training resources and be able to communicate with fellow members.
If you would like to contact either Kyle or Carson, please send them a Private Message in the forum by clicking on the "members" button, then on Kyle or Carson's name, then on the PM button in their profile. They will be more than happy to help you from there.
Please make sure that you do not send the same message to both Carson and Kyle (due to the large volume of questions they get). I assure you that they will get back to you!
I hope this helps you out and please let me know if you have any further questions. :)

If it were me I would write support back and ask to speak with someone who still has their brain intact. You know a person who can actually read, understand what they read and has the ability to actually write a thought out answer back without using a pre-written form letter answer. However ...
I am not politcally correct so some whould view my approach as that of an inferior species but I can tell you this: In important issues or when I simply do not have the time or patients to contend with inept incompetents I opt for blunt and sometimes very direct messages.
I have heard people say they have problems receiving answers from EZA when there's an account problem. I had a problem - about 2 weeks ago. They suspended my account over an issue. I worte them a very DIRECT, no holds barred letter and the issues was resolved within HOURS and my articles published immediately. What I am trying to say in this long winded response is that:
You don't always catch more birds with birdseed. A gun works better.
Secondly, I would download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from www.malwarebytes.org. Update it and run a quick scan. Remove any threats you get there and reboot the machine.
If that doesn't take care of your problem maybe I can give you some help later on, remotely. I use Google Chrome personally and there are some usability glitches on WA's site.
But I've never had any serious problems with the forums. You can mail me at mcguire.ian@gmail.com if you still need help.
