How We Started, Where We Are, Where We're Going...
Hi, my name is Jeff Tymczak. (nepi is hawaiian for Jeff, fell in love with Maui so I use this name to remind me of the island). If your wondering about the pic on the left, the Christmas Tree, when I was 7 years old, we were so broke we couldn't afford a tree, so my Dad made that tree for us to celebrate Christmas, greatest Christmas ever! He passed away a few years ago and this pic reminds me of him, my inspiration and Hero!
I started in the printing business as a pressman 20 years ago and realized quickly I was going open my own business in order to give customers exactly what they wanted, SERVICE & QUALITY!!!! Too many were settling for poor quality and terrible service. So I decided to give it a go on those two principles, I realized it takes as much time to treat someone BAD, as it does to treat them GREAT. Once I started on my own, it wasn't my prices that got me customers, it was my SERVICE, and word of mouth began to spread. My printing company was built on all word of mouth, I never made a single cold call in all my years of running the shop....and then
The INTERNET Knocked on my Door...
and business began to grow. We expanded the shop by offering t-shirts and such for on-line customers at eBay. We sold them to local screen printers and auction sites.....and we found on the internet people also wanted that SERVICE...and more shockingly, most people are not used to being treated like people, they are used to being treated like numbers. So we moved into a HUGE WAREHOUSE, stocked to the roof, and hit EBAY full force.....
