Hii guys this is r0yb0y62 , this is my first day here ( 6/6 /12 ) found this throgh " I'evtriedthat " not really sure if I can do this but here goes nothing ; ) . In 1 wk I will be at my job for 19 yrs . . . . WOW . . . I dont even like where I work thats the worst part but it kind of pays some of the bill and I have health insur. In 46 days I will be 50 yrs old, Sooooo I hope it's not true that you can't teach an old dog new trick . I guess I have been there this long because I work days and most wkends off wich leave my nights free for what I LOVE . I play guitar in a classic to modern rock band ( regrouping at the time lol) in and around my home town IT"S MY THERAPY ! ! ! . There are better paying jobs but it would mean 2nd shift or nights Soooo I do what I do . Maybe this can help me out. My day job is at a concrete pipe plant we work Mon - Friday with a Saturday once in a while. I work any where from 40 to 60 hrs a wk and that starts at 7 am till 5:30 or 6:30 pm on avg. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if 1. It paid a decent wage or 2. I actually like what I do . . . NIETHER one applies.
