Starter members do not see activity where the owner is a starter until it has a minimum # of comments. This is regardless whether it is sticky or not. Please verify that this has been programmed as per the description. If not, please send it back to fix this issue. For a starter member, they should not see any other activity from other starter members until it reaches the minimum comment threshold.
