I'm going to start getting serious about getting traffic to my blog, so I'm going to start tracking my stats here on a weekly basis. The stats will be the amount of unique visitors I have received for the past week from Sunday to Saturday.  I am only counting unique visitors that I get from the search engines. Unless I get anymore unique visitors before the day is over (which I doubt I will), the number for the past week will be a measly 16. My goal for the next week is 21.

I've learned so much in the past week it's insane, and something has happened that I have needed to happen ever since I started IM... I'm addicted to it! When you're addicted to something you live, eat, sleep, and breathe it 24/7.  When I became addicted to lifting a few months ago my body started growing like crazy.  Maybe it's time for my IM business to start growing like crazy? ...lets hope so!!!!!
