Super Affiliate, no chance!

I've hardly had time to for WA lately. Been busy trying to sort out all kinds of issues with my new site - mainly tail-chasing stuff like how to extract Paypal transaction data and automate responses. Things I'd like to get resolved before I get into pushing for traffic.

I've sure learned a lot by building the site myself from scratch though. A lot of dead ends too.Trying to get AWeber to do things it can't. And finding out that Weebly doesn't support PHP or let me upload a robots.txt file.

Think I'm going to have to move my site from weebly before long. It's too limiting. And pretty irritating sometimes. Quick and easy, yes, but time-consuming and inefficient as well.

Thinking about investing in XSitePro. Quite a heavy price at $197 - but if I can find someone else who wants to buy it, we can buy through reciprocal affiliate links and save one another $49.

 As for my WA promo - I haven't had a chance to get near it. Looks like I'm going to have to wait to 2011 to book my ticket to Vegas, after all

That's another good point, MoHawX. Looked at in that way, I reckon XsitePro could very rapidly pay for itself in saved time. I tend to spend far too long trying to learn how to do the simplest of things, so having any way that shortcuts the process is a real asset. I've bought myself a couple of html books so I can get a better grip of the basics, but I'm all for using tools to make life easier.

Xsitepro is great for point and clicking to get a site out there nice and fast. Because it uses proper code you can then go in and mess around with it as well to you hearts content. I am a web designer by trade but still use it to get a site off the ground nice and fast! If you are planning a few sites along the way the cost soon seems reasonable as you can do a lot of stuff you may otherwise have to pay someone to do or spend a long time learning - which also equates to money in the long run. Hope that helps!

Been a little busy on tail-chasing myself. XSitePro looks decent but knowing what I know I'd go with WordPress. Maybe my background in web development is obscuring my ability to understand what it's like to be new at both internet marketing and the tech side. If you ever want tech help though you know you can ask me.
