Well its been some months now to be precise 4 months that I have joined up the Wealthy Affiliate University.I really did good for a month and a backed off from my education later on . Ias not able to split my time between The Internet Marketing and Real Estate Investment.I started my Real Estate Investment Business the same time I started the the Affiliate Marketing.I have created 6 Squidoo lenses the Christmas time.All tangible Amazon products.Nothing to show for except taking action.I hope to get into this as early as this weekend.

I have purchased my first investment property here in the growing town of Pitt Meadows .Its a brand new Waterfront row Townhome by Mosaic.Very well done.

I am planning to Rent it and option it out, in other words a RENT-To-OWN program.So far I have had a few showings.
