I'm an American who's been traveling in SE Asia for the last few years. I like most of what I've found here including the people, food, and even the climate.

I'm a daddy now for the first time and I'm surprised to find I love it, and love our daughter. I never wanted to be a parent before, but I'm really happy to be one now. I can finally see what all those new parents were talking about!

I'm retired from law and advertising and for hobbies I like movies, traveling, motorcycles, trekking, scuba diving, computers, photography, and audiobooks -- oh yes, and internet marketing.

In the '70's and '80's I spent some time with Werner Erhard's EST/Forum seminars and weekends. They talked a lot about living your life with integrity, keeping your word, telling the truth and things like that. "Honor Your Word As Yourself" was one of the mantras. Be cautious about giving your word, they suggested, but once your give it, stick to it even if it hurts. "Don't believe anything we say, they said. Just try it. And if you like the results, keep doing it." I tried it, liked the results, and I'm still doing it. Thanks, Werner, wherever you are.

When I was younger I spent a lot of time in school, so I can put a few letters after my name like MBA and JD, but that doesn't add much about me or help with internet marketing. If I've learned how to dig in and learn something new, then I guess it might be helping that way. And I think I learned how to write. I guess that will help.

I used to list my age, but these days I think the picture is enough. I'm about 6 weeks really digging into WA as I'm editing this, and so far think it's one of the best things I've found. I'm thinking seriously about becoming a Super Affiliate and just focusing on selling WA. I think it's probably one of the best products around. Great for affiliates, too. Steady income from each sale. How bad is that?

If you're still reading, thank you. I'd be glad to hear from other WA members and share experiences.

Hello there, it looks like you are having a good time. I don't know what could be the tech reason why you can't get my tutorials to open, I've never heard of anyone having any problem before. Try again, maybe it will work

Nope. I just went to the last paragraph of your About Me and where you say, "I have created a handful of tutorials for WA which are available to you HERE. Make sure you take a LQQK!" the link which I'm guessing should be at HERE isn't there for me. It's just a word. I'm using the latest Firefox with WinXP SP3, and your other links under Resources and Websites work fine. It's just the link(s) in "About Me." Are those tutorials also listed under Resources? Cheers, wiz

Hi -- As I stumble through my first email campaign and first web site, I've learned something that might help other newbies:

If your web site doesn't show up after you load your files into the /httpdocs folder in WA hosting, it might be because your htm or html files are not named "index". (without the quotes).

That little nugget cost me almost two days. I hope it helps other people.

I used to run an advertising agency. We produced TV spots, informercials, and newspaper ads. We were also very good media buyers. Most of our clients were doctors who treated back and neck pain. Internet marketing was just getting started back then, but I'm hoping I can use some of my advertising experience and apply it to what we're learning here. And I hope this is good Buddy Talk. (I'm still a newbie and not quite sure about what to say.)
