Hey i was reading your squidoo lens and got down to the part where its you wrote, "running is 90% mental and the rest is physical". I think that is SO true, because I know physically i can do it BUT running is one of my least favorite forms of cardio.
With that said, my point is every time i get going, I start out thinking 'I hate running' over and over and I want to stop. But when I change the thought to something more positive I get motivated to finish my run!
Thanks, yeah running is new for me, I am actually a Beachbody Coach so I am big on P90X and INSANITY! But running is healthy so I am working on that too!
