Charlotte Nepowada here, can you tell my username is my last name reversed, adawopen!! My photo is the reason I am here, they are my grand-children. I want to leave them an inheritance. Not only monetary, but the ability to be resourceful.
I have been a property manager for over 30 years, sell on eBay, has done me well and I must say love sewing, the joy of making really nice costumes, just love the era of Shakespeare. I have designed window treatments, wedding gowns, and yes a little girl southern belle dress, oh Scarlet, fiddle dede and the cutest little cowboy outfit out there.
After selling most of our properties, and the economy turned on us, I knew there was a way to increase the income in our home. Nothing hurts worst than losing what you have because of employment lose and no offense, tenants that destroy what is not theirs. but it happens and you move on.
I have followed potpiegirl for a while, have learned a great deal from her. but in here there is support that is needed. In WA, the tools I need are here and I cant wait to use them.
I may not get rich quick, but I will have more success by being here. I look forward to a profitable relationship with WA.
