I figured out a few days ago that no matter how much you need to do something, how much others tell you to do something or how much you intend to do something...until you understand yourself it doesn't matter. No motivational book, seminar or person of good intention can help you until you desire outreaches your fear.
You have to be willing to work through your fears, have faith in yourself and have a real, concrete reason in front of you...then you're ready for the journey ahead.
