Just ten minutes every day to relax. Sit quietly or play some nice mood changing music. Close your eyes and try to let all thoughts go. Think of nothing. When thoughts come into your mind just let them drift away, and try to clear your mind completely. It's quite hard to do but the more you do this, the better you get. And the better you get, the better you get!
