Hi all, my name is Mathew and I am twenty four years old. I reside in Redondo Beach California. Before joing WA I worked in the entertainment industry for two years doing production, at first I loved it, but as time went on, and the fifteen to twenty plus hour days started to take a toll on me physically and mentally. I wanted to get my freedom back and my life back. After months of going through the papers and trying to find a job that I can see myself doing for the rest of my life I realized the days of old when you could bank on working for one company until retirement or atleast an extended period of time are through. Today one has to invest in themself, and that's why I joined WA, to develope the skills to work for myself and obtain what so many seek now a days, "JOB SECURITY."
