Here's what I saw at the top of the page when I opened my "$0-$23.000 With All Free Stuff" tutorial.  "This resource has been disabled for the following reasons:  Resource contains spam and/or affiliate links Resource is attempting to solicit users to purchase a product"Since there were no affiliate links anywhere in the tutorial, and since both Bless and I were giving it away, and since neither of us was trying to sell anything else, I don't understand why i

Here's the link.  Underpriced.com. Prices are $1/month for hosting one site or $10+ if you pay for a whole year up front.  Lower prices for more websites.  If anyone tries them, please let me know how they treat you and how you like it.  From what I could tell they are an Indian company and I'm guessing it might be OK. Did you know Yahoo offers free, instant translation for your web pages?  Users can translate any of your pages instantly into 8 or more different languages with just a click on a flag image. If you install their service, here's what it can look like on your web site:   A visitor clicks on any of the little flags and instantly gets a translation of your page into the language represented by the flag.  I tried it and got a page full of Chinese characters.  I don't know how g

Thanks Magicstudios, Kyle, Welshy and the other kind people who pointed me in the right directions.  Here's the poop -- 1.  Be sure everything in httpdocs has been deleted. 2.  Upload the html and css files into that folder.  Then upload the index folder into the httpdocs folder.  Core is good for uploading FTP. 3.  Then when you go to the internet, you should see whatever you uploaded. 4.  For editing templates, use NVU/Komposer or Dreamweaver.  Many of t
I'm stuck. I purchased a bunch of sales pages and templates from Brad Callen at NicheRevolution. The sales pages are in folders and each folder has: 1. an index.html file, 2. a style.css file, and 3. a folder called images. This folder has .jpg files in it. The sales pages load fine into Firefox if I click on the index.html file, but I can't seem to do anything else with them. If I FTP all of these files and folders up to the httpdocs folder of my website, I can't see them on the inte

I think I'm at my bottleneck.  Once I get past these issues, I think I'll really be on my way. But until I do, I'm stuck.  Just churning.  If anyone would be kind enough to help me out here, I'd really appreciate it.  I know the answers are probably in some of the tutorials and other materials on the WA site, but a little help will probably save me days digging them all out.  Thanks in advance, and here's the post: I've been at this for several hours now. I'm trying t

Have you done the math on annual memberships?  It works out to $29/month.  That's $10/month less than monthly memberships.  And that's a big discount! Since it's so much larger a discount than most organizations offer, I never did the math.  Maybe there are a few other people out there who have also been asleep, like I was.   But I saw a post from Kyle last night and those $359 annual membership will be gone as of June 7 -- even for us existing members.  So if you'd

I just posted this in the Forum.  I hope I misunderstood these 2 new courses and new charges: I just saw an email from Carson and WA page was kind of troubling.  They seemed to indicate WA was now offering 2 new courses for existing WA members and was going to be charging for them:    SEO/Article Marketing ($37.00) and PPC/accreditation ($67.00).   Here are the links:  https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/order/signup and https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/order/signup/cou

For more info on the new rules at Squidoo, this is from a email they just sent to me:  "Here are some important pages about SquidooSpam and Terms of Service policies .......  Please take a second to read them. http://www.squidoo.com/squidoo-policy-update http://www.squidoo.com/squiddont http://www.squidoo.com/squidspam " Hope it's helpful.  Wiz P.S.  They locked my article without warning.  Fortunately I had backed it up when I wrote it, but if you have

My very long lens (Bittorrent For Dummies) that's over a year old just got locked at Squidoo.   They've put up a more restrictive "SquiDon't" spam filter and are knocking out or locking out many kinds of articles.   Here's a partial list of what they now consider Spam:  Any articles dealing with: weight loss (Strip That Fat?), pharmaceuticals, network marketing, network marketing systems, gambling, satellite TV online, any downloading products or guides that migh
