Punch the Keys for God's Sake

Last Update: January 01, 2012

PTKFGS - I loved how Sean Connery said that in Finding Forrester movie

I believe I had so many ideas to share to the world. The Net is about sharing thought through writing, until now. When it comes to write, my brain freeze, cursor blinking, the new browser windows opened, idea disappears. No articles, time waste.

What I’ve been thinking? Why would I bother myself for winning keyword? I don’t need it to start writing; all I need is my brain, fingers, monitor and keyboard. I didn’t write for search engine, I write for human. If I should optimize it for SE, I have what I should optimize already. Am I going to published everything I write? Who are going to read what I write? How should I write it then? I’m an English idiot, it isn’t my first language, what if  those “grammar nazi” read my articles? This thought has blocked me for not writing. Who’s going to read if I’m not writing anyway?

I’ve saw funny picture somewhere, it’s about a conversation of 2 person.

A : Hey, why don’t you blog.

B : I’d love to. But I have nothing to say

A ; Well, you can write about.it.

IT'S ALL ABOUT MY WRITING HABIT.

This is what I’m going to develop in this 2012. It’s a must. I'm pushing myself to "punch" my keyboard. I don’t care if I’m an English idiot. I’ll write random idea, post on the forum, commenting, and so on. I’ll open my text editor the first time I turn my computer on. I’ll do everything to keep my brain and fingers busy. To get them synchronize.

I believed, someday people will get benefits from what I've written. I realized online business success is about how often I punch my keyboard.

I think your approach of just writing and not worrying about keywords and grammar is good. All those IM things are inhibiting. Anyways, you can always go back and correct grammar and stick in some keywords in the right places. Important thing is the ideas you put forth. People care about what you have to say, and not the Google stuff. Of course, you want your writing found on the Internet too. I am so impressed with people who write in a language that is not not native to them. It's to be commended.

Although English may not be your first language, your comments sound so much like what I have been fighting with in the past year. I know I need to write, but for some reason I could not get the thoughts to come out of my head, through my fingers and onto the screen. I blamed it on fatigue, work, any outside factor except for myself. I own a few personal blogs, and for some reason I failed to come up with weekly content for them even though my life is full of activity. I think you hit the nail on the head with saying you just need to start writing. It may not be perfect at first, but with time your writing skills will become fine tuned to the point that you will look back and wonder why you didn't start writing sooner.

Yes Smokeywins. I just need to start writing. Sometimes I was just afraid that people will laugh at my content, or it will be useless, but that;s all only in my negative mind. All I need is writing and I'll see what happen. Thanks for commenting here, btw you have good looking blogs :)

I believe it. I believe all too often we are very fearful of not having anything to talk about (not to mention you have to deal with the grammar nazis on the internet.. which is always wonderful to see -__-). I think personally for myself, It is like.. even if I find a Niche.. will I be able to write enough ample material to warrant it being placed upon the website? It's something that has been plaguing me, and also explains why i don't have a website up yet.

But it's Just like you said.. Just "Punch the Keys for God's Sake" lol. It's the only thing to show you know what you are talking about and also to make your website to gain enough traffic to make a little piece of money ^_^

Thanks for taking your time to post the comment. I was just trying to "copy-paste" from what I've been doing in my insurance business for the last 7 years. I got so many rejection but I didn't focus on it. If I fail with 10 people, I'll try 20, then 30, 40..so on. Sometimes we should try hard enough until all becomes automatic. I'm looking forward for your website is up.
Let's punch the keys and make some online fortune :)
