Great job. I do have some suggestions, though. The large image on the left keeps telling you to go to your back office and fix something. Do it.

Don't have one line paragraphs. It's very monotonous. You can link to your merchant's sales page in the post or to your review of the product, not just at the bottom. For instance, 'if you're anxious to get him back'.

On the home page, the whole part above the fold on the left and center is taken up by one image. I tend to skip sites that have that. I need to see some writing that hooks me.
