My name is Pete, or as I am known here at the Wealthy Affiliate, "Slugger_mn".


I have been a member here for over 2 years now as of last month, and I have to tell you a little story....


About 2 years ago, before I joined the w/a, I was into Real-estate, and had already owned my own successful business. Although, I lost nearly 1 million dollars worth of properties in the blink of an eye, I believed that to be rich is to have money, to be Wealthy is something entirely different, and I didn't need the money to be a millionaire, not when being Wealthy was an idea...


I took this idea, and I pushed it extremely hard, I took the good fight to the Internet...


One morning, I woke up after a long previous night of prayer... ( I never said things were not tight... ) and I had an idea.. I was just laying there staring at the ceiling, thinking to myself what other people would be thinking if they had already achieved the goals I was looking to achieve... I wondered what other people in different lives were doing when they woke up... did they stare off into space thinking about me? I wondered what someone that had achieved Internet success would do right when they woke up that morning.. I came up with a whole story in my head, and I wished it was me.. I finally came up with a profound thought...


"Right now, someone (lets call someone "Bill"...) Right now Bill is waking up, he is stretching his arms, scratching is butt, and rolling out of bed with a smile on his face.. Bill knows that it was a long night sleep, and over that period of time, his accounts would be full of money.. So, Bill wonders over to his NICE computers, sitting in his NICE office, in his BEAUTIFUL house, and Bill checks his accounts.. Bill smiles, then Bill laughs.. Bill is laughing, and smiling because he has made over 1,000 dollars since he went to bed..."


Naturally, my question was "What does Bill do, and where can I learn?"....


When I rolled out of bed that day, I found the w/a, and I started working my butt off.. I knew that by asking the right questions, I would find the correct/true answers..


Less then two months later, I had at least two forms of income from online, and they were paying all of my bills, and getting me out of debt..


Less then a year later, I was out of debt, and saving money up..


Less then a year and a half later, I was engaged, and looking for a house...


Less then two years later, I was married, with a very nice house like Bill...


More then two years later... TBD...
