My last post said I was ready to come back. That didn't work out so well It has been awhile since I have blogged or even participated in anything at WA. I have been extremely busy. I now have about three positions: Oncology Case Manager/ Charge RN of Specialty Clinic, Scheduling Manager, and Assistant Nurse Manager of the Outpatient Clinics. Wait four jobs: oh yeah I am in Charge of the Cancer Registry, so I have been overwhelmed and overworked. The good thing is a got a hefty raise out

It has been a very busy couple of months. I have lost a few nurses to the warm lower 48. The director of outpatient clinics retired three weeks ago. The manage of outpatient clinics is leaving in the next week. I will soon be assistant nurse manager of the outpatient clinics. : ) So I haven't even had time to focus on IM.  Now that things have seemed to calmed down . I am focused and ready to continue my journey in IM.
