It has been a very busy couple of months. I have lost a few nurses to the warm lower 48. The director of outpatient clinics retired three weeks ago. The manage of outpatient clinics is leaving in the next week. I will soon be assistant nurse manager of the outpatient clinics. : ) So I haven't even had time to focus on IM.

 Now that things have seemed to calmed down . I am focused and ready to continue my journey in IM.
