Day 22: My how time flies...

Last Update: June 26, 2012
Well it's been nearly two weeks since I last posted a daily update. I haven't been doing much in terms of internet marketing.

I flew to Denver to attend my cousin's wedding. After that I have just been visiting with friends and family. It's always nice to see loved ones. In a couple more days I'll be driving down to New Mexico for a family reunion. So it will have been a pretty eventful trip by the time it's all said and done.

The other night a blog post by Kyle on why he doesn't like GOOD keywords prompted me to go through my Jaaxy keyword lists. I ended up finding a couple of gems, that I had totally forgot about. It's time to put them to use, and see what kind of rankings I can get for them.

Going through the lists also gave me ideas for new angles for my marketing efforts.

I'm still going strong with the flossing, haven't missed a day yet lol. About another 11 or 12 days and I will have flossed everyday for a month. Sounds kind of stupid, but I'm pretty stoked about it. Doing things on a consistent basis is one of my weak points so reaching that goal will feel pretty good.

I haven't done any consistent running since I've been on vacation. I did run a 10k, 5k, and a competitive one mile one after the other which was pretty fun. My dad ran the 10k with me which was pretty cool. I never took him to be the running type and he's the one that came up with the idea.

Well, time to write an article. Talk to you later.

Thomas

I've never heard that before. Did they say why it added 7 years to your life?

Thomas, nice work on well, EVERYTHING. Sometimes change comes in groups and it sounds like you are making many positive improvements in your life at once. Kudos to you man!

The key to doing anything on a regular basis is making it a habit...this includes both the bad and the good. Most people associate habits with "bad things" however a regular routine of positive and productive activities are good habits and ones that will lead to your ultimate success.

Thanks Kyle. :) I remember reading/hearing somewhere that you don't really break/get rid of habits. You simply replace them with new habits. I really like the saying:

"First you make your habits, then your habits make you."
