How to use html/css files, and index folders?

Last Update: June 03, 2010

I'm stuck.

I purchased a bunch of sales pages and templates from Brad Callen at NicheRevolution. The sales pages are in folders and each folder has:

1. an index.html file,
2. a style.css file, and
3. a folder called images. This folder has .jpg files in it.

The sales pages load fine into Firefox if I click on the index.html file, but I can't seem to do anything else with them.

If I FTP all of these files and folders up to the httpdocs folder of my website, I can't see them on the internet. I get the Plesk default page. I've also tried loading them into WYSIWYG 5. No go. Same with XSitePro and several other web development programs.

So what do I need to do with these sales pages so that I can edit and use them?

I'm sure a year from now this will seem like a basic and foolish question, but right now it's had me stymied for almost 3 days.

Hey Wiz - in the httpdocs folder, there should be a bunch of default files and one of them is called index.php
